We offer complete finishing services including anodizing, powder coating, heat treatment, plating, and assembly. All secondary operations are performed by certified subcontractors under our quality management system.

Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing process follows a structured workflow designed to ensure quality and on-time delivery at every stage.

  1. Design Review. Our engineering team reviews your CAD files and identifies potential manufacturability issues before production begins.
  2. Material Procurement. We source certified raw materials from approved suppliers. All materials include mill certificates and full traceability.
  3. CNC Programming. Our programmers create optimized toolpaths using Mastercam and Siemens NX software to minimize cycle time and maximize accuracy.
  4. Production. Parts are machined on our 28 CNC machines with in-process inspection at critical dimensions.
  5. Quality Inspection. Every part is inspected using coordinate measuring machines with accuracy to 0.0001 inches. First article inspection reports are provided for all new parts.
  6. Packaging and Shipping. Parts are cleaned, packaged to prevent damage, and shipped via your preferred carrier with tracking.
